Atomic Habits by James Clear—Small changes can make a big difference. Long Walk to Freedom by Nelson Mandela—His life is a lesson in resilience and fighting for what's right. The Bible—It's been a guide and a comfort for me, helping me through good times and bad.
  • How do you balance your coaching, speaking, and writing career with being a cardiologist?
It's like juggling. Sometimes you keep all the balls in the air; sometimes you drop one. But the important thing is to keep going, to keep trying. I have to remember to take a break now and then, to just breathe.
  • How do you keep writing?
Writing is how I make sense of the world. It's where I can put down all the things life throws at me, the good and the bad. It's like having a conversation with the world, sharing what I've seen, what I've learned. And hopefully, it helps someone else along the way.
